Escaplan Limited, Latchmere Consulting, and D8ii Limited are seeking a highly motivated, tech savvy individual willing to learn new skills and grow their career within a fast paced high-growth environment. The position reports directly to both the CEO of Escaplan and the CEO of Latchmere. Escaplan is a start-up company, helping businesses reach their full potential by implementation of auto-pilot growth system and process re-engineering. Latchmere, is an HR consultancy providing leadership development and company culture solutions that combine Fortune 500 best practices with startup methodologies and technology.

Both leaders are passionate about promoting career development and progression through their network and offer flexible work arrangements and personal development opportunities. The key objective of the role is to assist in organization, task management and administrative work to enable business grow.

The right candidate will possess an interest in international business, taking ownership and initiative, be able to deliver high quality administrative work, and be open to working full time with flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on the creation and execution of project plans for consulting engagements
  • Prepare, create and organize documentations and paperwork for consultancy business administration.
  • Translation (English to Thai) of contents related to marketing and promotional materials.
  • Administrate branding social media account
  • Create presentations with direction for managers
  • Managing schedule and coordinate projects.
  • Communicate with businesses in the US, Europe and Asia in order to manager business and personal accounts
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Online research and comparison of services companies and vendors
  • Organization of online account information and important documentation in the cloud
  • Expense and Finance Tracking


  • Quality English and Thai Communication skills, both written and Verbal
  • Excellent organizational ability and attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and google docs
  • Able to work flexible hours and locations in Bangkok (not to exceed 40 hours per week and includes some work from home time).
